About

About Project

Zero Food Waste Volunteers with Art is a strategic partnership project supported by the Erasmus+ KA220 programme, aiming to raise awareness about food waste, climate change, and sustainable living among young people, educators, and local communities. By combining environmental education with artistic expression, the project encourages creativity and active citizenship across Europe. The initiative brings together 8 partner institutions from 7 countries, including schools, municipalities, and NGOs, all committed to promoting responsible food consumption and ecological awareness.

Through international training events, workshops, and collaborative activities, the project empowers participants to explore food waste prevention methods, climate action strategies, and digital tools. The project also includes the creation of a multilingual e-learning module enriched with poetry, animation, and music, making the learning process both engaging and impactful. By reaching students, teachers, families, and the wider public, Zero Food Waste Volunteers with Art aims to build a more informed and environmentally conscious generation.
